Christmas 2009 - Holiday Ordering Hours

Please note the following hours of operation for Innovative Gift Baskets for the 2009 Christmas Season ( November - December)

Online Ordering -7 days a week, 24hrs/day

Telephone Ordering - Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Telephone orders can be placed on Saturdays and Sundays by leaving your name , telephone number and order requirements on our answering service.A customer service representative will contact you on the next business day to confirm your order and collect your payment information.

Fax Ordering - 7 days a week, 24 hrs /day - Please include your name, telephone number, order requirements, enclosure card message and recipient details including address and telephone number and fax to 905-822-5783. A member of our customer care centre will contact you to confirm your order and collect your payment information.

Email Ordering -7days a week, 24hrs/day - Please include all of the same information as for Fax ordering and email your order to order@innovativegiftbaskets.ca. Corporate multiple orders may be emailed to corporatesales@innovativegiftbaskets.ca

Christmas 2009 - Holiday Ordering Information

Please note that during the busy holiday gift giving season (November - December), the following delivery cutoffs, ordering and delivery policies will take effect.

Single gift basket orders placed via telephone or online during late November and December will require AT LEAST 2 - 5 business days for processing PRIOR to being shipped. Same day hand deliveries are not available during November and December. Shipping and delivery times are NOT guaranteed during the holiday season.

Please contact us for available discounts on multiple gift basket orders being shipped to a single location.

Innovative Gift Baskets uses outside couriers ( UPS and Canada Post) to ship Christmas Gift Basket throughout Canada. Once tendered to the shipping carrier, Innovative Gift Baskets will NOT be held liable for any delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or late deliveries incurred by these carriers. All packages are insured as part of the shipping fees paid and requests for refunds will be submitted on your behalf to the appropriate carrier in the unlikely event that a package goes missing.

Christmas 2009 Cutoff Dates

Please note that the following gift basket delivery cutoff dates will apply for the 2009 Christmas Season. Orders placed after the posted dates will NOT arrive in time for Christmas.

British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan - December 12, 2009*

Manitoba - December 12, 2009*

Ontario and Quebec - December 17, 2009*

New Brunswick and Nova Scotia - December 12, 2009*

PEI and Newfoundland - December 12, 2009*

Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and the GTA - December 18, 2009

**Please note that gift basket deliveries to some rural destinations may require extra time in transit. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates for orders due to the high volume of gift baskets being delivered during November and December.
