Methods of Payment:

Innovative Gift Baskets accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex for all purchases. Corporate clients may pay with a company cheque once corporate invoicing has been approved. Corporate clients must pay for their first order with a credit card prior to applying for corporate invoicing. Please call 905-822-5783 or 1-866-228-6410 for more details.

Corporate Orders

Corporate multiple orders require a 50% non refundable deposit. Balance of payment must be made prior to scheduled delivery, otherwise the order will not be shipped. Corporate single orders must be paid in full at the time of the initial order unless corporate invoicing has been approved.

Product Guarantee

If your gift basket arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it or issue a *credit for the purchase (less delivery charges) once the gift item is returned to our facility for inspection. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 905-822-5783 or Toll Free 1-866-228-6410 or email us at customerservice@innovativegiftbaskets.ca. within 24 hours of receipt of the gift item for arrangements to be made. There are no returns on Gourmet Food Baskets due to Health and Safety concerns. Innovative gift basket reserves the right to substitute products or containers at its sole discretion based on availability.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be accomodated. Please allow 1-3 business days for Ontario and Quebec, 4-7 business days for the remainder of Canada and 7-9 business days for delivery to the United States. Delivery charges are extra and will vary depending on delivery location. All deliveries are made via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post ground. Carrier will be verified with confirmation. Innovative Gift Baskets delivers across Canada and ships Non-Food Items into the United States.

Prior to order processing, confirmation of total price including shipping and taxes will be forwarded to the purchaser via email. Innovative Gift Baskets assumes no liability for gift items deemed lost or delivered late by our carriers. A submission will be issued to the carrier once confirmation of loss is established.
